In the balance for this edition, which rock do you see yourself as? Is it the one at the top of the balance? The one at the bottom? Is it a huge one out in the water? Based on you answer, this edition will show you how you view your own strength. 

Let’s talk about strength… 

First off, strength is not measured by the size of physical muscles. Strength is measured by the ability to get back up after each wave that knocks us down. To adapt to any situation and develop an ability to stand strong to the winds of change. 

Strength is not determined by the amount of manipulation or destruction one can do the environment, but rather by how they can work in harmony with nature and it’s abundant energies to achieve a vision of greater good.

Strength is knowing when to take the lead role, and when to support the rest of the group. Let’s say there are a handful of people trying to get through a door. Some people see strength as the first one to get in, but to me it is rather the last one in the door that is the strongest. The one who is able to make sure everyone’s needs are met before they focus on themselves.

The best way to maintain strength over time is by working together. Alone we are tough, but together we are strong.
