LIMITS

Limits are defined by the question: “what if?”

Hmm… what if things go wrong? What if I fail? What if I can’t find the balance? What if someone comes along the beach and steals my camera? What if no one cares about the final photo? What if all this was a huge waste of time?

Every time I catch myself in these negative patterns of thought, I just say the complete opposite. The key is to be self-aware enough to hear the negative self-talk in order to flip the script! 

From the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed, there is a voice in our head that is constantly telling us what we can or can’t do. But this voice is not the true soul. Your true soul is as strong and powerful as the sun and moon. As deep as the ocean. More powerful than the most important world leader. More capable than the strongest olympian.

Let’s look at “what if” a bit differently. What if things go right? What if I meet a new friend along the hiking trail? What if I create a balance I have never done before? What if these words I’m writing actually resonate with you? It’s all about mindset. 

Our thoughts create our reality. Our thoughts create our limits.

We are so scared of what happens when we get to the edge that most of the time we never even get close to it. Trust me, you don’t want to be living in regret. Just take a deep breath and go for it.
