  • How much does shipping cost?

$7 flat rate shipping for continental USA orders.

Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping calculated at checkout.

    Is tracking included?

Tracking is automatically included. After checkout you will instantly be emailed a receipt and once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to see the journey your new artwork is taking to get to your doorstep. USA orders take between 3-10 days to arrive. For international orders please note it can take 2-4 weeks for an artwork to arrive.

What is the return + exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final. We may offer refunds or replacements at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged product, it will be issued once the shipping provider resolves the claims case and notifies us that it has been closed.

My package was lost or stolen. What should I do?

Please contact the shipping provider. If your package is unable to be located by the shipping provider, please contact the studio here with your order number as the subject line and we will try to assist.

My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?

The packaging is designed to avoid damages during shipping. If your artwork is damaged the insurance included in your shipping charges will cover damages. In this event, please contact the studio here with your order number as the subject line, images of the damage, and we will assist you in filing your claim.

Customs opened my package. What should I do?

Don’t panic, this can be a normal occurrence. For orders outside the USA, customs may inspect your package. Please let us know if there is any incidental damages in the event of this occurrence.

Customs placed a hold on my package. What should I do?

We have no insight into specific customs handling or any delays that may result from customs processing. The shipping provider should have the latest information on customs status and should be notified if there is a hold being placed. You will be responsible for any additional payments required to resolve a customs hold.
